发生交通事故，要保持镇定，留在现场
1) 如果有任何人受伤或者死亡，马上拨911通知警察及救护车。
2) 如果是轻微交通事故，双方交换资料。如姓名，地址，驾驶证号码，保险公司名称，保单号码。
3) 看看有没有证人目击事故发生，向证人拿取姓名及电话号码或者拍下照片，可以让保险公司知道事故发生的情况。
4) 记录事故发生地点，时间，拖车公司及司机资料。如可以的话可在现场拍下照片。
5) 联络你的保险顾问或直接联系保险公司。
6) 到就近的交通事故报案中心报案。

A traffic accident, to remain calm, remain at the scene
1) If there are any injured or dead, dial 911 immediately inform the police and ambulance.
2) If you are a minor traffic accident, the two sides exchange information. Such as name, address, driver's license number, insurance company name, policy number.
3) see if there are witnesses witnessed the accident, to pick up the names and phone numbers of witnesses or take a picture, you can let the insurance company know the circumstances of the accident.
4) record the accident location, time, towing companies and drivers available. As can then be photographed at the scene.
5) Contact your insurance advisor or contact the insurance company.
6) to the nearest Accident Reporting Centre report.
